I play a great many styles, and the boss unit give me sounds i want. I've been plying for 18 years if that is relevent. If it was stolen i would get another.

I had compared it with the Line 6 XT Live, which in my opinion didn't compare to the GT8. The GT. has much more natural sounding amp models, pre-amp/speaker modelling, more flexability and parameters for all the FX.

All in all this unit is excellent value if you added up the cost of the normal boss FX compared to this unit it woudl cost many multiples the price i paid.
