There was nothing I could do about it as I was out of my home country and nothing I can do about it until I get back in 2 months time. Luckily it will still be within the 12 months warranty. It is definitely the phone as I have tried new batteries, chargers and updated the firmware and still I have the same problem - refuses to charge, doesn't recognise the charger is plugged in, goes dead completely during charging - I could go on.

Everytime, I have to keep removing the battery, putting it back in and then try charging again. After around half an hour of this infuriating ritual, it eventually charges. It's also the last Nokia I will ever purchase as the problem has been so infuriating and Nokia is a global company that, for some ret4arded reason, does not have worldwide warranties. I'm not saying don't buy this phone, because when it works, it is good. But there is nothing special or more reliable about the Finnish-made E52's. Rating 0.
